“Integra Estates recently handled the sale of my parents’ home and I honestly cannot praise them enough. The communication, care, and ability to manage the entire process from start to finish was exceptional. During their onward purchase, my parents discovered the property they were buying (via another agent) had spray foam insulation in the loft. Tom personally took the time to visit them, explained the potential implications, and advised that a specialist roof survey was essential to assess whether the roof timbers had been affected. Unfortunately, the survey revealed the roof needed to be completely removed and reinstated due to its poor condition. Tom went above and beyond, He was our selling agent, but he quickly assisted with their ongoing purchase and found them alternative properties, and in the end, they secured their dream home. My parents were understandably worried they would lose their buyers after two months lost on the original property, but Tom liaised directly with his recommended solicitors, arranged surveys, and drove the second sale forward — amazingly, they exchanged and completed just five weeks later. His willingness to go the extra mile, his regular communication, and his honest, straightforward approach set him apart from the rest.
