Bank Rate Cuts Spark Optimism for the 2025 Property Market

Looking ahead, Rightmove forecasts a 4% rise in average new seller asking prices for 2025—the most significant prediction since 2021. With mortgage rates expected to continue their gradual decline, pent-up housing demand could be released, bringing a welcome boost to the market.
