Thomas is unbelievable, he looks into every fine detail of the job making life a lot easier for me. I was using another agency before who dragged their feet and, as a result, I wasn't getting in enough viewings. As soon I joined Integra-Estates I was informed daily of the amount of views I was having online, as well as an up-to-date viewing list. The virtual tour was out of this world, very professional. I had to go abroad in the summer and I was more than comfortable in giving a set of keys to Thomas to continue with the viewings. He kept me in the loop with outstanding feedback and eventually told me what decorating/improvements I would need to do. I would actually say that the company went above and beyond what was required in order for me to achieve my target. There were even times when I contacted Thomas, out of office times, as I was confused about something but he never hesitated to settle my nerves and anxiety. Top ratings for a top company.
